I’ve been using this pharmacy for over ten years, so please trust me when I say their customer service is phenomenal. They can have your prescriptions ready quickly. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers and their hours are extremely accomodating. They also sell several other first aid items, along with w shampoos and regular drug store items. My brother once cut his foot open and almost needed stitches, so we called to see if they had the bandages we believed we needed, and they even offered to look at it! (They also had the bandages we needed) Like I said extremely accomodating and much more than just a CVS or a Walmart pharmacy. I give them a five out of five because their business deserves it.
I have been using Cannon Pharmacy for at least 3 years. I love the staff. They know me well and are always very kind, courteous, and helpful. For the people who have negative things to say, shame on you. Maybe you should check your attitude.
Angie is an excellent worker. She helped me more than my doctor’s office, and I feel she went above and beyond her job to help me. My doctor’s office sent not only one but 2 prescriptions that my insurance didn’t cover and was way too expensive. Angie called and faxed my doctor’s office twice to let them know my insurance didn’t cover it and if they could send over an alternative that was covered and more affordable. They still never got back to me. So, in the end, I was able to talk with Angie and find out which prescription was cheaper on good RX, and we were able to get one. Very pleased with the help and service Angie provided me and how she went above and beyond to help me. You can tell she cares about her job and takes it very seriously, and enjoys helping people.
The current staff at Moose Pharmacy knows their customers. The assistant, Shannon is always so friendly and makes a point to greet me (we do have the same name 🙂 and she knows my meds. All in all, these folks are a “well-oiled machine.”
Truemed Pharmacy has lost my business. They make judgment calls when filling your prescriptions. They have stopped selling tobacco products. It makes me feel like I’m visiting a judgemental, mean, old spinster Aunt. This place just makes me feel “icky,” and I just couldn’t wait to get out of there and into the fresh air!
This pharmacy greets customers like family. They are very reasonable and very helpful. They always call me by my name and help with all your needs. They are very active in the community, and I would give them 100 stars if I could…
Nate is a wonderful pharmacist. He is always helpful in answering questions. He is friendly whenever I walk in and always takes the time to help me. My prescriptions are ready when I stop by. I would recommend Concord Medicap Pharmacy to all my friends.
Twice now, I’ve gotten a call to pick up my automatically renewed prescription. When I get there, it isn’t ready. They explain that it isn’t due for pick up for two weeks. I ask them why they called me, and they say there is no record of a call. When I try to explain the problem, the pharmacist explains ( in a very patronizing voice) that the ins. Co. will not approve it early. That isn’t the question. Why am I getting calls two weeks early???
